I've been playing jungle 
Evelynn for a while now. In fact, she's basically the only champ I jungle (tried Elise recently, and am starting to get serious with Olaf), I even played her in an inhouse (Khazem got fed again...but I digress), did pretty well early game, derped a bit mid, but caught up again lategame.
Point: I think jungle eve is underplayed and a bit misunderstood. I see most eve junglers start blue (dood, her passive... HER PASSIVE), mediocre ganks, etc etc. Think it'd be worth taking my time writing a guide about her jungling? I'd even be up to testing her AP jungle so ragers won't rage.

I honestly have no idea about either jungle Eve or AD Eve but if it works well for you I don't see why not.
There are certainly better champions for jungling, and imo she's way better at Mid.
No doubt about both. However, her level 6 ganks are still pretty sick, specially if the enemy team doesn't take the effort to get a nice deal of pinks. Her level 2 gank with red is also pretty sick (as it can be with shaco), with the advantage that you can chase with Q up to their tower. Botlane, it usually wrecks: two exhausts (you + support), ADC may take ignite, red buff + Q. Most ADCs don't start with their mobility spell.
It's not perfect, but I have a 60% first-blood (getting it) ratio.
This is not true (I am talking about bruiser AD eve). You need 1 pot for wraiths + Red (with pull), another immediately after red and you're good. Without a successful gank, you can return base, get your razors and jungle pretty well. Once you get wriggle's you have no issues at all. The E AS buff helps proc the Razor passive more often, and positioning for Q helps her get fast clears. W is free and moves you from camp to camp really fast.
