Posted a Comment: "if you need boots to function on shaco then buy them, just take out mejais as the final item, too expensive? by 500 gold? its even cheaper then normal builds if you just hold dark seal instead of upgrading it practically giving you almost an items worth of stats at full stacks for 350g, and this bui"
