I take Phase Rush in 99% of cases, it is way better over Conqueror the higher in rank you go. In the lower ranks you can do whatever keystone"

Posted a Comment: "PTA works better in short trades because of how fast you can proc it and to quick burst someone while having some good sustained damage as well, while Lethal Tempo gives you way more auto attacks and allows you to reduce the cooldown of your spells even more often once you get Navori"
