1. If you build Warmog's, that is all the health you are going to need. Frozen Mallet is a waste of money unless you're doing it for the slow, which isn't worth spending 2000 more on after Phage.

"Yeah, unless your build really desperately needs the 450 extra health you get by going Frozen Mallet, Trinity is much better.
You say Poppy isn't item dependent for damage -- but I'd disagree. Sheen adds a ton of damage potential. Everything else can go burn, but Sheen is just too good on Poppy"
