Introduction/Overview
On the left we have a more aggressive Leona build -- one that builds Rod of Ages and Trinity Force. This makes you a respectable combatant, not just a walking stun/slow machine with some damage added in for flavor. You want to get Rod of Ages soon to level it up; after that and Shurelya, Trinity is the goal but Glacial Shroud or Negatron should be considered as necessary. Round out the build with the Abyssal Scepter, which gives AP as well as resistance and also provides your team with magic penetration (but when facing more AP-heavy enemy teams you will still want Force of Nature instead) -- and complete Frozen Heart.
On the right, we have a Leona focused purely on her tank role. After rushing Philo Stone and then Mercury's Treads, get Heart of Gold and Kindlegem but don't finish Shurelya until you want the speed boost. After you do, get another Kindlegem which you will build into Zeke's Herald. Build Randuin and Force of Nature as necessary for the enemy's main threats. If the game somehow lasts long enough, get Trinity Force in the final slot -- dealer's choice on which piece should come first.
