Posted a Comment: "No Wukong? I play Wukong mid a lot more than jungle or top and fell he should be B or B+, although the nerfs have hurt him his burst against common squishy ap mages allows him to dominate his lane and get fed early if you use his decoy to make good plays"

I get E first, then a point into Q, the W, and after I get the first three levels I've been thinking about getting a second point in Q before I max E, so I could get -at least some- AD scaling on my Q"
