"You need to change ur mind process with this guide.
For example, at level 12, without blue and without lich bane i get 15% cdr and 8sec cdr on E, it's enough to escape from any gank :) !

2. I don't max E for CDR cuz i don't care abour this CDR. First of all, you can trade a lot more with W. Secondly, you can easily farm without E, and use a spell to farm isn't a good idea at all. Play a single g"
