Youmuu's Ghostblade on ranged carries
Okay, so I've been seeing a lot of ranged carries getting Youmuu's Ghostblade lately and I'm wondering why. Doesn't the Active only proc off 'melee' attacks? If so is it still viable to use on...

"Also, I'm not sure about all these Youmuu's Ghostblades on ranged champions... Simply by being a ranged instead of a melee you are only getting 1/3 of the active (4 seconds). If you are melee you get 12 seconds. I think you should reconsider this item."
