"I believe Graves is OP for the following reasons :
1- He has WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to high AD ratio for his skills base damage. Riot needs to nerf either his ratio or his skills base damage
2- It's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too easy to make all 3 Buchshot bullet hit your oppo"
