"Depends on which build. If the enemy has QSS or cleanse, malzahar, warwick and fidle (fidle being the best 1v1 champion if QSS/cleanse isn't allowed), all 3 of them are useless. Depends if you or your opponent gets a lucky crit, or if you or the enemy dodge each others skillchots."

"Not viable sorry. You rely on stacks to do some damage, wich is a REALLY bad idea. You'll become the primary target as soon as you, somehow, get 12 stack.
Stacking is like begging the enemy team to focus you, wich you don,t want as Ashe.
