My ideas for the tier list :
Hecarim is so damn fun to play, he should be upped one tier :P
Zilean should also be put in Tier Fun at least, if not Tier Super Fun. 5.5 sec long 55% move speed buff or slow + bazilions of bombs + free GA + no CD. Yes please.
