"Veigar is an awesome champion, that requires a high skillcap. If you,re not a noob with him, you won't suck even at high ELO. To date, the only champion that were able to beat my veigar mid were Kassadin. No one other than him bested me. Veigar is hard to master, but when you do, he kicks ass."

"Heimer is extremely strong, but he has an extremely high skill cap, resulting in 99% of heimerdinger player noobs. Playing a good heimer requires lots of practice. One of my friend main heimer, and god only knows how much i would never face him mid :/"
