So I went up against a teemo & heimerdinger as vayne + lulu the other day.
I got wrecked and shat on.
They can blind, block skillshots with turrets, push the lane 24/7...

"spirit of the elder lizard is no longer viable on any adc, unless you're killing jungle monsters all the time. There are a lot of better items, but I know you wanted to keep the blue theme & reach 40% cap, but still you could get more potent items.
