"All you have to do is search for a minion icon (those in the lol client maybe?) or go in-game.
Take a prtscrn
Paste in paint/photoshop
Tweak the size to about a width of 20-60 px.
Upload it (imageshack, tinypic...)
Use the where you want it to be.

Bot Lane of Doom
So I went up against a teemo & heimerdinger as vayne + lulu the other day.
I got wrecked and shat on.
They can blind, block skillshots with turrets, push the lane 24/7...
