1. U already have to worry about keeping heat over 50, and now u have to worry about keeping the stacks
2. attack damage isnt really needed, for rumble is a caster. if u need the AS and AP, get sth like malady or nashors thooth.

"The defense of merc threads is mandatory on a champ like rumble, for he is always in the DANGA ZONE, in the middle of a fray....get another defense item like abyssal scepter, if u really want the 20 magic reduction on the enemy team. void staff should be avoided."
