Posted a Comment: Oct 14th, 2011 "If you level your locus first I'd advise not getting sorc shoes, since magic pen will be high enough to deal with just about any amount of mr stacking. that said I'd also level mage chains second, it's your highest AP ratio spell, and a stun, with your cooldown reduction going well over cap with blu"
