Good job. Fix some things and it will be very good guide.

by leveling your skills like that and getting cool down reduction so late into a build, your gonna get one cycle of spells in and that's it, the magic pen and cd reduction on locus of power is almost negligible in comparison to the damage out put and of his other two spells, 3 second arcanopulse and 4 second mage chains are just vastly superior early/mid game to a percentage magic pen, and since your only going to get one cycle of spells off with your build what good is being able to locus more then once a fight when if your stunning and gunning, you can root and stay for 8 seconds, which is longer then most team fights will last before people start to bolt.

also if you need the mana from tears of goddess by all means rush it, but don't build it into AA right away, it's easier to stack bonus mana on tears, and untill level 13 or 14 you don't have the mana to make AA staff's bonus worth it.

so with this build you have little to no ap until you finish RoA and it levels up... 9k into the build

I really can't see a guide with this level of description being way up here. Nary an intro nor conclusion, and no defense of the much-debated items. While the build isn't bad, the guide itself is downright unacceptable. Please put some more time and effort into this.

Just... not very descriptive.... and also you should be combo'ing off them while Locus of Power is active.....

You put to many dot's in Arcanopulse ( 6 ) and Locus of Power is lacking one.

I'd use Void Staff instead Archangel's Staff, just to get that % of more MP ( That's just my opinion :p )

And regarding to Summoner spells, I would prefer Teleport rather than Exhaust. Because you are a really fast farmer, especially if you go mid, with your Arcanopulse, minions just fall down, you can always go (B) to buy and recharge the mana if needed to, and boom teleport back to fight.

Anyways that's how I play him, but not bad guide + for you ;)


Ps. Leveling Arcanopulse first, then Locus of Power ( at lvl 4, I leave that one point in Mage Chains just for the stun, since lvling Locus of Power, decreases its cooldown, and gives you MP. :D Combo [E][Q][W][Q] and R if needed, or initiate with [E][R][Q][R][R][W][Q] ( by the seccond R the target should be dead.
