"One other thing, I replaced the blue runes with all magic pen. how do you feel about that?
5.9 Cooldown from those runes, 5% isnt a big difference, maybe for ult? It isnt a very long CD for anything, so a big more magic pen early game could help a bit more.

My only problem is with the mastery. Read threw the comments and build. You say it is not about the AP, Yeah i understand this. And you go 10-20-0. You take ignition for the 10 ap? Wouldnt the reg 9-21-0 be better for that little more def?
