1) if you build so much criticals, max deadliness in order to reach lethality.
2) havoc is 3/3 or 0/3. 1/3 will not be even noticeable.
3) why'd you take demolitionis? i don't even try to guess
4) nasus has more than enough damage with trinity force and siphoning"
