"1. GET Rabadon's deathcap. It gives your more dmg then anything else (even with the mana aspect).
2. Banshee' veil is not needed so early.
3. RoA is a lot better if you get it earlier.
4. Spellvamp isn't as important as dmg on a nuker.
5. I would say banshee or frozen not both.
