1. WORK on your spells. Your spell selection looks Very noobish.
2. Mercury's treads pls. just pls don't mention tabi. You need the tenacity. the dodge is useless.

1. bad runes. You get more by have ARP mark rather then crit ones. crit seal are good. speed glyph are cool too. crit quint are a NoNo, here again you get more with ARP quint.
2. berserker's greaves is better then zeal. Do the math, is more of everything at that point for c"
