"I don't particularly like Elder Lizard on Noc, this doesn't mean you can't use it on him. One of my friends really does though and it works for him. I use Nocturne as an "Executor" in teamfights. I finish off a target then move on to the next. The lifesteal from the Flare really does help "

"It really does depend on what your team is, look if you have tanks and you can afford to be more of a carry Noc, or go offtank if there is not that much tanks, but sometimes you will have to full tank Nocturne."
