"As a game designer I support this but I doubt it's that easy to implement or even design. Besides it's not entirely unique, the League of Legends wiki allows Custom stuff as well."

"There's a lot wrong with this guide.
1) You start with too many wards, one potion is not gonna keep you sustained unless you play like a passive bitch.
2) Philo is not core! It's hardly core on any support at all, but definitely not on a support who has about 0 mana issues.

"Jarvan loses to a good Vladimir because Vlad outscales him and Jarvan has no sustain.
Hard counters to vlad top are: Wukong, Akali and Yorick.
A couple of other hard matchups are Swain and Rumble. I wouldn't recommend playing Vladimir mid-lane."
