Clarity is 100% bad, no exceptions to that. It's a -1 for now but once you've made some improvements or simply have questions; you can always PM me."

Asked a Question: Jan 13th, 2013 I like the item on supports when I run Heal, it brings the CD down to 216 which is about every teamfight; giving you a nice edge. I also get it on Poppy and Nasus as they like the mana...
