"- Abbysal Scepter isnt viable on massive-range champion Vel'Koz.
- Much CC isnt 1 ability. You could say "strong CC ability"
- Expose weakness isnt a good masterie, only pick it for supports.
- I usually go for Ignite on midlane champions (even on Ziggs) but Vel'Koz "
