"you will get it if you receive lots in a short time span or in a few amount of games as far as I know. I got mine at around 25 horable opponents and 20 teamwork on the 3rd day it came out."

"for runes i recommend: greater mark of magic penetration x9 for marks. This allows better trades and in dmg stronger and more viable than the 3xgreater mark of scaling ability power. Seals: since youre mana hungry get greater seal of mana regeneration x9. As anivia you will ONLY go mid. "

Katarina she has insane mobilitz due to her Sinister Steel and Shunpo, also i ususally run movement speed quints on her. She has a very frustrating laning phase since she is meele.
