Crit damage runes are somewhat wasted on Jarvan, as his primary damage comes from his passive and ultimate.
You're going to need magic resistance glyphs to survive the mid laners burst - while inside Cataclysm, you're and easy target.
Otherwise, take AD marks and Quints (maybe mix some armor pen into the bag) and basic armor seals for faster clear times.
