"kassadin is absolutely unstoppable lategame once he gets his 6 items. he makes the enemy ADCs life a living hell, whereas it is much harder for leblanc to just dive in and do that, she is just too squishy and has to rely on picking people off before the fight starts.

"i disagree with never maxing e 2nd. in lanes where you arent needing to use w at all because u are bullying them super hard with q, maxing e for the lower cooldown so its up multiple times in fights, or for added burst and aoe damage (especially with ur mpen setup) it can be more useful then w."
