Theres a lot of ******** in this thread but I'll address the title of the topic and be on my way.
Hard work and effort gets you better at this game. Getting better at this game helps you climb the ladder. There are games where I will be unable to carry multiple afkers at a low ELO, but I will still win 90% of my games, and it isn't because I'm getting carried. This is coming from someone who was bronze before the league changes in S2, and climbed his way to a top rating of 1859 at the end of the season, and is now Diamond II.

Your 'apology' did not actually contain an apology. You just made one giant excuse for your explosion and then made a half-promise about not exploding again. Go on, look back at it and see if the words or implication of 'I'm sorry' is actually in there.
You did, however, apologise for saying '**** y'all', before you quote that single 'sorry' back at me. But you did not, in fact, apologise for events prior to that, specifically the ones which contain caps locks.
Now, I may seem off-topic right now, but I'm about to link it on-topic.
This kind of attitude should not be brought into games. You waste your energy and concentration raging at your team-mates and after the games, you find excuses for having bad games (most of the examples of which you pointed out here are all directed at your team-mates).
Stop doing this. Whenever you find yourself doing this, stop. Shut up. Listen. Then mute. Following those steps will save you a lot of grief. And these steps should honest-to-God make you a better player.
Hell, you can start now. Stop anything you're thinking about doing. Shut up. Listen. Then ignore me and don't reply. That way the thread can continue in relation to the OP.

Kazega's not anymore guilty than you or arcana for making this an absolute ****ing trainwreck of a thread. He apologized for what he said, you don't need to publicly chastise him. He's trying to get it back on topic about getting out of bronze, and here you come again trying to derail it.
