"I like this list (I guess this is top tier list), but your S tier is kinda shaky. After recent nerfs to Singed and Irelia, I don't think that they are still top tier. And you placed Kled low on a list, but he is one of the best top laners. And Kayle is currently excellent as well. An"

About Kled, you sad you don't like that he can only focus 1 target. But think this way, as soon as you are finished with the squishies, move to a tank that was suppose to protect them. Even if his dmg is single target, he can kill really quickly with 2 items"
