-I thought of waterwalking cuz i enjoy roaming, and it helps out with that ms, and than if i meat their jg on the way, or enemy midlanner on the way back, it gives nice amount of ap on its own, and with celerity its even nicer, but i see what you mean."

"Yeah, assassins are generally harder in my opinion (lets not count yi). For Hecarim, yeah I agree, and he even got and indirect buff in 8.12, celerity instead if giving 3% ms gives 1.5%, but the dmg it gives from ms is doubled.
And about Taliyah, even if her jungle clear was nerfed she is still"
