"I like this tier list, but are you sure that jax has high skillcap? Hecarim also isn't that (THAT) hard but he is still harder to play than jax. Evelyn isn't that good anymore. And my biggest question. You put jax in high skill cap, but not elise- she has a big skill capas well."
