As mentioned in the post and also in the clarification section, your team must not get killed more than 15 times in the match. Heal them and keep them safe to lower the death count. :)

I suggest maybe creating a spreadsheet with all of your builds and add filters to sort them by champion, role and anything else that you may need. I think that would be the easiest way"
