"As for Black Cleaver, I realy only like it on Corki and Urgot as far as AD Carries are concerned. I feel it is a bruiser item and building it on AD Carries is not good according to the math but is simply flavor of the month."

Kennen's base AD is 51.3 + (3.3 x LVL)
Level 1 = 54.6
Level 18 = 110.7
