Okay, so I don't know wtf my Elo is, but I get put with people who run things like AD Fizz... I almost never play ranked, because all of my friends who I would do ranked with don't want me in their team because they think I suck. However, I play VERY well when they aren't on the team; I have ALL FIVE BADGES, get honored, and get good scores almost every game. (Basically, they don't co-ordinate with me well. I end up forced into roles like support Kennen (WTF?)) Any suggestions on how to get into a good ranked team with the limited pool?
BTW, badges and honor aren't necessarily an indication of better gameplay, merely better sportsmanship. The only possible honor badge indicating anything remotely good gameplay is 'Leadership'.
Add people who you have good synergy with when you play a solo-queue game and play a few more games with them to see if they fit the bill. Skype also helps with coordination. There's a reason why people who lose always complain and say, "**** duo."
Also helps to tell your friends to look at your match history if you need proof of good scores. And don't play champions in a certain role if you have a champion you can play that also does the job better. Support Kennen? Play a champion that was build for supporting, for example.
They insist I take support as Kennen. I play Kennen and then they say, "Oh no we don't need an ap go bot with the adc and help him farm." WTF? Yeah any thanks for the advice but I need people who I see in rl so I can plan to be on for a ranked game @ time X. However, I do see your point and I appreciate the advice. Thanks.
