I know that problem, I've told in the guide that this build does not work anymore.
It was made in season 2 when her passive was way more stronger, and now since season 3 she got nerfed, and soon her passive gets nerfed again. In season 3 she doesn't work anymore.
For some it still does"

Since Lulu has been nerfed, she doesn't work in season 3 anymore.
I've put a warning into the guide, and I won't update it anymore from now on.
It's sad to say this, but since season 3, AD Lulu died.. :("
