"Would this rune config work:
9 magic penetration marks
9 scaling health seals
9 scaling ap glyphs
9 scaling cdr quints
I'm kind of on a budget with my ip so I want to minimize the amount of runes I have to buy."

"Dude, great build. I used it a couple times, and I did wonders with it during late game. I noticed that this build can be easily adapted for mid lane, keeping more or less the same items. You should make a section for people who still play ryze in mid lane. Just a suggestion."

"Very nice build. Your logic is spot on. I'm guessing that this build puts emphasis on Pantheon as an AD caster in early game. Remind me, why did you choose Essence Reaver? I hardly see anyone use it anymore."
