I still think a lvl 3 blind dart at least rank 1 if ONLY for the blind itself is a must. And I don't know what runes you run live but scaling AP for yellows is about half as "

Runaan's is awesome now, in a team fight when you can do 50% to 3 targets that quick...gg I don't know where/how it would fit in the bui"
