I clicked Builds & Guides at the top and sorted by last updated, and champion Jarvan IV. Your guide showed up at the top of the list.

"It's called BBCoding. It's quite easy - you just add double brackets on each side of the item/champion/mastery/rune/whatever you want to write.
For example: Volley, Swiftness, Greater Seal of Resilience
yields
Volley, Swiftness, Greater Seal of Resilience"
