"Cleaning cache is a browser option, in GC just go to the tool, Extra, Remove browsing history and then choose the options you like (obviously taking the "Empty Cache" option).
In FF you click the orange Firefox button, Options, Options, Advanced, Network, and then Clear Now under Cached"
