I'm in promos to plat and people don't even play tanks. Simply because you can't rely on proper positioning of your carries, you're better off dealing a buttload of damage yourself."

"Ardent Censer is actually great because everyone near you also gets a shield so EVERYONE gets the AS bonus. But again, if your team doesn't scale well with AS then just skip it."
