"Taking ArPen Marks/Quints is mostly pretty bad because you will get a Last Whisper.
AD and MPen Marks are good.
Armor Seals (gp5 on supports) and MR/lvl as well as AP/lvl Glyphs are great.
As for Quints I would recommend Health, gp5, AD or AP."
