"I'm unsure about starting items (I start Boots of Speed), but good items for him are Sorcerer's Shoes, Rabadon's Deathcap, Liandry's Torment and Nashor's Tooth.
I suppose Banshee's Veil can be a good item for him later on, but it's dependant of the game."
