"I'm holding on with my vote, will do it later. First some questions:
- Why Madred's? Caitlyn is not meant for it, in my opinion. Please elaborate on why you think it is a nice item for her.
- I doubt 90 Caliber Net has 10000 range.
- I am missing the Summoner Spells, Masteries and Rune section."
