"Some small things that I have noticed:
You have about 65 % CDR while 40 % is the max. You might want to take a look at that. Along with that, you also want the Utility Mastery for holding the Blue Buff longer, which would bring you at 87 % CDR or so... such a waste, in my opinion.

1. I had that first, decided to change it, and now I'm doubting again.
2. Perhaps, but if you take 90 Caliber Net you can avoid giving first blood. Just a matter of preference, I guess.
