"I much prefer to go 21/8/1, taking all the masteries on the left side in the offense tree, hp/lvl and armor from defense, and the flash upgrade in utility (though the flat health in defense is also okay).
Running it on all my ADC, but then again I'm not a super pro adc :P"

"Got nerfed a long time ago, then fell out of favor. Nowadays supports with some CC are more preferred. Think Thresh, Sona, Zyra, etc.
Can't deny she works great in lane with a mana hungry champ, or a champ that needs to play safe early to become a monster in late game. In team fights "
