"Very nice build brotato. Good to see a comprehensive Ezreal guide, to one that doesn't feed. Why not Dodge seals, though? The mitigation of damage from armor (roughly 2%) doesn't touch the survivability on the dodge seals."

Only argument I have for you is that you should change Sorcerer's Shoes to Ionian Boots of Lucidity. The damage mitigation only equals out to 6% more damage late game, and you do more Q's in 10 seconds with CDR boots, meaning you do more damage in the end."
