"Could i consider Trinity Force > Phantom Dancer? Not only are you getting a Proc that amplifies your damage when you slow them with Rake / Frozen Mallet.It also gives attributes of the phantom dancer,attack speed and movement speed.You also get the slow proc for early game,so you dont need to wai"
