"Your phoneix jungle is very solid, although I'm not sure if I agree with the tiger ver.
I feel as though you should build more damage, as tiger udyr is more of a carry than a tanky dps (which he does do pretty well).

"It's not a bad build, and I think that sion is a decent counterpick to quite a few people.
Maybe you can add a section on picking / counter-picking, so people who are new to sion (like the person above) can choose when to play him and what lane to put him in. Overall though, nice job.
