"I wouldn't rush BoTRK on quinn. Imo she scales better with just flat AD so I'd get infinity edge on her as well.
Tristana can build statikk shiv as her first item to compensate for the weak mid game she has."

Needs strong laning support. Otherwise pretty useless. Don't pick something like braum but someone like karma or janna with her. They are strong. nami also comes to my mind.
Itemization is very situation-dependent. More than it is for other ADCs.
