"They nerfed his early game and his passive was better before because he actually didn't hit too often but got still a decent amount of mana back. Also, there are better choices imo."

"Vladimir isn't too long range mage but Orianna and Malzahar have pretty much damage with they long range. Malzahar is the burst guy who kills one enemy and then just throws some void things in to teamfights. Orianna is fairly powerful but you need to learn how to use the ball if "
